If you haven't done a world tour, then you can't be popular. Until the NewJeans tour stadiums, it's hard for me to acknowledge their popularity. This is still one of the criteria.

Stray Kids is a definite top 2, I'd say

BTS is still far ahead of every other group even on hiatus and blackpink is definitely still top5, but neither of them is active rn so they will not be on my list.
