4th gen fandoms are angels compared to 3rd gen

honestly 4th gen is so boring with fanwars, 2nd gen and 3rd gen fans were out for blood when they fought.

The Big 3 started to lose their dominance so their company stans deflated some of their ego.

I dunno about 2nd gen fanwars but i can attest to how vicious 3rd gen was. I wasnt even a part of the Bigbang vs BTS, EXO vs BTS, Twice vs Sone, and BP vs 2NE1 fanwars but i was definitely around for the BTS vs BP and BP vs Twice fanwars and boy oh boy it wasnt pretty. I got called every name in the book, and half of it was by other Blinks lol.

But back then i was much more agro and impassioned in defending mah girls. Once it became clear that BTS, Twice and BP were being phased out of existence in favor of 4th gen, i eventually lost my edge. This started to happen when Next Level ended 3rd gen in 2021. Everytime i would argue with Army it felt like i was in that Titanic scene where that crazy nutjob was trying to kill Jack and Rose while the entire boat was sinking and almost everyone was gonna die. Or like i was one of these violinists playing a song while the ship was going down.

The industry has become so big that multiple groups can be at the top at the same time without huge difference between each
