in same time I remember how she talked that her hair was so damaged that she can't wait for a change

+ it should be a given that only members who have just brown hair or brighter can make blonde

I myself had dark raven hair when I was kid/teen and I also bleached it to be blonde for one summer football (soccer) tournament

so later on the hair was so damaged like wtf

therefore whenever I see person with natural very dark hair going blonde I feel so sorry

No. Blonde rarely suits idols especially because their hair ends up look like ramen noodles due to the excessive bleach so it looks more like yellow than blonde
