No two other people in Red Velvet have the same performance energy that Seulgi and Irene have together. Whenever theyve been on stage as just the two of them its clear that THEY are the best dancers.

I think Irene gets flack for her vocals mainly because Kpop fans are often oblivious to how harmonization works. They want her hitting high notes, ignoring the fact that she's the group's bass and plays a completely different role in their sound than Wendy or Seulgi. RV's music wouldn't work nearly as well if their voices all sounded the same, and as far as husky female voices go, Irene is amongst the most memorable.

I think Irene's stage charisma is very appealing. She is also very stable. In my opinion, Joy Seulgi and Irene have different auras on stage, both in dance and charisma, and I enjoy watching them. Irene shines in dark concepts most and dark concepts fits her like a glove. I feel like SM will give aseul CB this year. Because they started to do activities again.
