Hey everyone,
I'm here to discuss the updated badge-making process in our new system.
In the old system, we relied on petitions and tiers to create badges, but now we're implementing some new rules to streamline the process.
- Top Groups: Only the groups that sold the most in the shop will receive their 3rd generation badges. You can check the list of the top 10 groups will start with below. More will follow soon after.
- User Involvement: Users will now be responsible for creating badges and hosting voting rounds. While we'll still monitor submissions and discard any badges that don't comply with the rules, users will have more control over the process.
- Badge Categories: You can create badges for the following categories:
Group badge | Fandom Badge | Member Badge |

Additionally, we're including Album Badges int the package.
If you purchase 10 group badges, you can have an album badge of your choice made available.
Similarly, for members who are also soloists, if their individual badge reaches 10 sales, you can have their solo album badge created. For every 20 sales, fans can choose to receive either a set of 4x4 badge or an additional album badge of their choice.
- Lightstick Badges: To qualify for a lightstick badge, a group or fandom badge must have at least 20 sales.
- Allkill Badges: Allkill badges will only be issued if 10 allkill members purchase a group or fandom badge.
- Member Badge Set: A member must have at least 20 sales to qualify for a 4x4 set. (Another option is an album badge)
- Group Badge Set: To qualify for a group badge set, all members of the group must have at least 20 sales each.
Voting Process:
To ensure fairness and timeliness in the badge selection process, we've established the following voting guidelines:
- Submission Period: The submission period for badge designs will last for one month.
- Voting Rounds: Immediately following the submission deadline, voting rounds will be held. This ensures that the voting process occurs promptly after submissions close.
- Organizer Assignment: An organizer, preferably a member of the guild, will be assigned to oversee and manage the voting rounds.
- Eligibility: Only users who currently own and display either the group or fandom badges available in the shop will be permitted to vote for that specific artist. If you do not possess and display one of these badges, your votes will not be counted.
- Limitation: Each user is entitled to one vote per artist, regardless of whether they own and display both the group and fandom badges.
These measures are implemented to uphold the integrity of the voting process and ensure that only dedicated fans have a say in selecting the badges.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
