Over the span of Snsd career I think it’s yoona. After Taeyeon solo debut I feel like she’s more popular now with the public and most certainly has a bigger and more loyal kfanbase

I think Yoona.

She is always mentioned be it "idol who acts good" or just "the most beautiful idols" and the gp seems to know her.

Her visuals are legendary in S.K. and it helped her to achieve such a successful actress career. She for sure is the most well know.

Her charisma and humble personality was a big part of this.

Yoona for sure, Taeyeon wasn't liked like she is now as knetz hated that she barely smiled when performing and often came across annoyed (but it's cause she was battling depression) and then when Jessica left, they blamed her. Yoona was the biggest 2nd gen It girl!

Yoona starring in movies and dramas, so it should be yoona among gp

I think yes.

Taeyon is super successful as a soloist, but I don't think it equals to Yoona successful acting career.

As they are both in different areas we can't say for sure, but I believe Yoona is more well know in and outside S.K. thanks to the huge success of kdramas ww. And this success is way more wide to the public than a soloist could achieve.

It depends on what they doing. Normally it's Yoona because of her acting and CF stuff reaches a broader audience but if Taeyeon gets a hit song then it's her.

It's crazy when you think about how 2 it girl titans like them are in the same group.

Taeyeon has a bigger fanbase (more dedicated fans) while Yoona is more known by the gp.

Taeyeon and Hyo were the first snsd members I heard about so I think its Taeyeon
