Changed the title of the thread from “Why Mamamoo didnt have a big jump in sales like must group had in 2022?” to “Why Mamamoo didnt had a big jump in sales like most groups had in 2022?”. -
Their fandom is not as big?
-
Well, Mamamoo isn't as big as Red Velvet, and their last comeback wasn't that good (My opinion).
-
Because their fandom is eco friendly and they do not wanna burden environment

Mmm, i thought the big jump in sales was for that cheap version of the albums, i cant remember the name.

Because cow didn't say moo

This.
We're just trying to do our part as a fandom to help create a greener Earth.

Huh, weird indeed.
I thought that every K-pop boy and girl group incl. Mamamoo increased their album sales 3-5 times from 2020 onward.
But I checked and you're right: no major jump for Mamamoo the past years. Odd.
Unless the jump from ca. 70k in 2019 to 180k in 2020 should be regarded as their major jump?
Seeing how their EP album sales hovered around 60-70k steady for 3-4 years in 2016-2019 and then made the abrupt jump like all K-pop groups experienced from 2020 onwards.

So, what happen?
The company limits production, the fandom has been struggling for years to get restocking, some albums have become very difficult to find.
