Warner wanted the copyrights to cupid and fiftyfifty brandname, these 3 girls are of no value to warner, no reputed company will be taking them in considering how disliked they are by the gp.

They were never successful in Korea anyway. Their peak in Melon was #10, and which is about 125,000 to 150,000 ULs, which is hardly anything compared to say New Jeans who organically got ~487,000 with Super Shy.

Hope they all move on now. wonder what they'll do next in the industry.

They won't want them as the rest of the group has nothing to offer to WM because Attrakt will likely still own the Fifty Fifty IP so the other 3 won't be allowed to perform any of the groups songs.

Not to mention, those members will be in Court trying to defend the Damages that will be laid against them

I not 100% sure in Korea but I think you can terminate a contract for breach of contract and then sue for any losses due to the breach of contract.

Well, FF lost both the lawsuit and the appeal was also rejected last week. Despite that girls still refuse to go back and are taking the drama public instead. Terminating the contracts and then suing is the best possible card Attrakt have on their hands.

Even if they are not successful anymore I hope they will do music in the future. I could totally see Aran or Sio as an indie singer
