[BTS CONTENT] Enough time has passed and we will need BigHit to explain why they can keep one of their acts ENG and KOR songs combined but not Like Crazy?

It’s only cuz if they combined both of Jimin’s ENG and KOR streams, he’d probably be a threat to Western acts, so ofc racist Spotify owners gotta protect the racial status quo so they say SPLIT! TXT is not as big of a threat yet to the racial status quo as Jimin or BTS so they let them keep their streams combined.
It’s just like how
Twittersorry I MEAN X refused to let the word “JIMIN” count towards the total number of Tweets about Jimin a few years ago because they determined by their own racist criteria that he had trended too much and gotten too many posts counting towards him, otherwise he’d probably be the winner of the most Tweeted-about person in the world, so then they determined that people would now have to make Tweets that said “JIMIN JIMIN”, and people must have maxed out that now too, so now I see people having to say “JIMIN JIMIN JIMIN” nowadays to count towards the number of Tweets about Jimin, too~I say, Racism sucks and Spotify can go kiss my Kpop-lovin’ Asian-American ass~

Yeah I agree this was def a Spotify and US industry decision too

It's the same with English lyrics although for chasing that feeling, a good chunk was already in English

Tbh this seems like a tech issue (or deliberately kept bug in the system?)
My theory is Spotify has a algorithm which decides if the song versions are similar then they will be automatically clubbed but it's not foolproof so they manually separate songs at a later date in cases where unintentional clubbing by the algorithm happens
Jimin's song got number 1 debut in Spotify so due to higher visibility so they were quick to un-club the versions

Somebody on twitter said the difference is the companies they are under. BTS is with Geffen and Txt is with Republic Records? But that’s unlikely because the song got separated after 5 days.
Was Jimin song counted together in the very beginning too and later separated? Then maybe the problem is with Spotify.
I wonder if it’s similar to how YouTube can’t distinguish between the Korean and Japanese releases. Somebody noticed it the other day.
The description of the Korean 0x1 Lovesong has the Japanese version written…
