I just don't get people who call NewJeans music boring or low energy. Subjective tastes aside.
Hype Boy is pretty much the antithesis to boring or low energy. It's catchy, upbeat and just FUN.
Same for OMG, ETA and Super Shy.
NewJeans don't have a lot of songs, but it's crazy to put their songs in one box and mislabel the box.
I want to visit the world where Attention and Cool With You follow the same formula.

I hope in the future, they'll have a longer album with a few hiphop like songs, maybe a few which are louder with some rap, and also more chill songs. Their songs are rlly melanchonic and I feel like they need some more happy upbeat songs. But rn, I am happy with what they do, K-Pop in general lacks of good music.

It was Blackpink at first. While Blackpink doesn’t have much music, they do have some solid bangers. And somehow get away with girl crush without being cringe
But newjeans are taking over.
I probably won’t ever be a hardcore Stan, since I’m not stanning a group with a 08 girly in it. But I’m not gonna deny in an era of 0 talent, cringe raps, empty choruses and awful music… newjeans definitely set an example. They make amazing music. I genuinely don’t think they’ve made a single skip song.
