How to be more organized as a teen?

im 22
dont know if thats too old to give advice
i wouldnt say i was particularly messy in my teens
my biggest regret would be :
choosing a non-traditional career but not starting early
i dont regret not choosing an academic career despite being good in academics, but for any non-traditional career its VERY important to start creating a body of work and working for cheap/free to build experience in your teens so you have enough creds to get hired somewhere good when you hit your 20s
otherwise, its best to not give up on your academics until you are good enough to turn your passion into money
other small tips would be : start learning to date/socialize if you are an introvert
do NOT think about being lifelong friends with your best friends in school
people change and its VERY likely one of you will grow up into a good person
dont leave projects for last minute i guess?
learn to clean cook and manage money
etc

Always being late, room is messy, no routine
Being late isn't something that you can work on only when you are adult, you just need to start to prepare yourself earlier to leave your house earlier
Messy room ? personally i was the same when i was younger i was always messy, cleaning wasn't something that i used to enjoy to do, it was more a chore for me
but tbh it changed when i took my first apartment at 18yo and start to live alone, that's the moment i understood that nobody else than me would clean for me, and i started to be a little maniac on the cleaning, now it almost something i do when i'm stressed or bored
you'll just be less messy when you grow up and start to understand that nobody else is doing to do it for you, and you'll just want to clean everything when you'll see your tiny apartment becoming a gigantic mess
and no routine ? i don't usually pick up a routine very easily, so i usually force myself to put an alarm everyday at the same hour when i should do my night routine so i start to pick up habits, and i do this for 21 days (because i read a scientist article saying that 21 days is the number of days your body need to pick up a habit automatically)
once the 21 days end, i just delete my alarm, and i notice that i just remember of doing the things automatically without having to remind myself and force myself to do it
my body is just asking for it

I'm one year older than you so I don't know I'm too young to offer advice but I'll try my best
I've been a neat person my whole life but that was not the same last year when I was always in bad mood, had a messy room, stayed up until 2-3am every night, and was always late to everything. I think that was a reflection of my overall state. But I think I was able to train myself to think differently, which is my best advice. When I'm having a good day, I'm motivated to clean my room, get everything done ahead of time, and end up feeling good about myself. I still stuggle with procrastination, but I am trying to train my mind to think differently. When I'm thinking "I'll get this done later" I tell myself "I'll feel so much better if I get this done sooner" and I don't end up pulling an all nighter. I don't know if procrastination is an issue for you but it can really hinder your progress if you're trying to make a routine.

Figure out how long it takes you to get ready and how long it takes you to get wherever you need to be ahead of time, so you're less likely to be late
If your room feels like it's messy because of too much stuff, declutter stuff you don't need or want. If there's not that much, then try setting a timer and do 5 or 10minutes of tidying every evening (or whatever time you choose)
Making routines is a very broad subject. If you're talking about daily tasks, maybe choose one task to implement every day for a month by pairing it with something you already do. And then add one new task the next month.
You can also find Youtube videos and podcasts about a lot of these topics.
