Last year a racist, neo-nazi prick in Australia tried to sue Twitter into Doxxing an Australian Twitter comedy account that kept dunking on him. He had to go through Twitter US but... unfortunately prevailed and Twitter gave him the guys info.
Which turned out to be a fake name and routed through VPN's so it got the racist nowhere BUT... yeah seems have to go through the US arms of tech agencies to get things.
