In France, it depends on groups who have a distributor, like most big 3 groups have one (shinee doesn't seem unfortunately) so you can go to non specialized shops like Fnac, Cultura or Leclerc but if they don't have, you'll have to go to specialized shops, mostly in Paris like Taiyou or Musica.
