Shows how empty the first few months were . If these GG releases were spread out from Feb to May, we would see a lot more competition at the top. Imagine Kitsch and I AM in February, Unforgiven in Mar, Spicy in April, and kwinka in May.

IVE had their Japanese promotions in Jan, Feb with their Korean and Japanese concerts

Same with LE SSERAFIM they had Japanese promotions in Jan

Aespa is....SM being SM

(G)I-DLE had a comeback in October, and unlike many other groups they actually write and produce their own songs so it's not like they can magically rush for a comeback in Jan/Feb

StayC actually had their comeback earlier in the year and did quite well considering they had no Big 4 privilege

No one avoided the period like a plague, they either did have a comeback like StayC or they had other important stuff to do
