Because if you had 14 active warnings you would be perma banned an year ago at least.

I Mean total warnings, both expired+ active. Currently i have 3 active, rest expired. I don't think my active warning count went over 4 anytime. At 4 it removed my profile pic, at 5 i assume ban?
