Does it matter if the stadium capacity is less than the Tokyo Dome?

Do you guys realize the Twice Japan concerts are only for Japan fan club members? It is a lottery system, and you must apply for the applications and win the seat before purchasing.

For those who did not qualify, you can only watch the concerts from limited theaters in Japan or purchase the online concert from Hulu Japan.

No, you can't just buy a ticket if you have money. They use the application Lottery sale system. Fanclub members have priority based on the type of membership.
