unpopular opinion but not all viral songs need to get Paks

I hope Jisoo's choreographer got a good pay check because damn, she can really be proud of her viral dance moves. And yes, Flower is absolutely shaping up to be a national hit

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Paks mean nothing as they are relative to other songs at a given time. A song can still be the number 1 song on charts, sell the most by the end or be the most popular/viral and still not get get a single pak. Kpop fans are idiots thinking paks are a decent measure for a song. It's like thinking setting a world record is the best way to see who's the best in athletics event instead of simply who came first in the final.

Yeh even Hype Boy didn't either.

PAK have never mattered that much that’s why next level is considered national hit while savage is not or red flavor Vs power up. It’s how long you stay on the chart that matters more.

I agree. Best example is Spring Day. Never got PAKs but still in the charts since 2017.

Anyway, we are still crying about which song is a national hit or not? I remember kpoppies validated Next Level and Love Scenario national hit status by saying lil kids in kindergarten were dancing and singing those songs. So that’s the highest criteria guys.

But I’ve seen cats and dogs doing Flowers too so that might be a higher ranking criteria lol.
