Taeyeon has a history of shit posting but she also has a history of criticising SM even before the buy out crap. Seo was just as vocal with her disdain for SM and nobody took her seriously but she ended up leaving. With the current mess SM will no longer be the same SM that she grew up with, some senior staff like Yoo youngjin have left for example. With the new landscape SNSD might be fully over, other Oh GG members may have already expressed desires to leave, she might be lower down in the priority list etc.

While no one knows what she's thinking or her situation I don't think it's cut and clear that her posts are just memes, there's the possibility she's actually hinting at something.

After seeing how direct that meme is i feel it MIGHT happen that she leaves but i cant imagine her out of SM. Some artists are SM Pillars. Taeyeon, Taemin, BoA, Kyuhyun, like…. They have to be in SM by law
