Because anime fans have more maturity than kpop fans and aren't success stans toxic bs. A fan of Naruto would rarely if ever talk bad about one piece even if they didn't like it. They just wouldn't watch/read it. Maybe occasionally tell you what's "better" but mostly won't be toxic af, and will praise the anime Industry for the fact many popular things are released and new things being in the works to be excited for.
Because one success is success for all there's no mentality thinking that say Naruto being number one takes fans away from one piece 🤡 etc

That's because One Piece struggled in the USA because of terrible editing. With the rise of anime in general and the rise of streaming services like "Crunchyroll" it got better but One Piece doesn't have the advantage of a whole generation of american kids watching it 20 years ago like Naruto and Dragon Ball have.
