Twice's stadium (and some arena) tour in USA is quite significant, since it shows there is an act from K-O-R-E-A not named BTS who could have a stadium tour in the West.
They are mostly one day affairs, but JYP probably made the correct decision to go for stadiums.
I do have some doubts about whether 4th Gen acts might have a chance to do stadium tours in countries not named K-O-R-E-A but hope always springs anew.
In the boy group field Hybe has cornered the market, but in the girl group field JYP and YG are still competing. And, given Hybe has shown cost-consciousness in the last couple years,
(txt's next concert venues are not announced yet but they will have a 2 day event at Belmont Park, NY state, in Long Island. Belmont Park only has one decent venue, the UBS Arena, which has a concert capacity of 19,000 so it will be a 38,000 people event if they can fill it - which means their one day venues will average around 40,000, short of a stadium)
Twice and BlackPink are still keeping the dreams of KPop conquering the world for now.
However BP's re-signing is in doubt and if Twice falters before a 4th Gen act could have stadium tours, then the hopes for KPop will probably die at that point.
BlackPink had stadium concerts in Southeast Asia and Twice does have 2 stadium concerts in USA. Both achievements are very commendable, more commendable than the stadium concert at Seoul by someone who can't fill an arena outside of Korea.
