1) Possibly yeah, it's about time she does so, management is changing so it shouldn't be that hard to do that given her experience.

2) Being the most popular and successful doesn't mean that they don't need help. They still need to learn how to navigate their way into getting what they want, improve and sustain their vocals, live singing and performances, handling popularity and all that comes with it etc BoA is the most experienced senior female idol in SM. She can help Aespa in many different ways.

It's surprising that you think that they don't need help. There's still a lot for them to learn at least until their first contract ends.
