Why do all boy groups talk about enlisting alltogether yet none of them ever does it?

  • bceause many people are going to forget about the group and so theymay struggle to reach the same success they had before

This is a move only legendary boy groups who have a strong core fanbase can afford, but they end up not pulling that move too because groups are made of artist who might consider the hiatus as a period in which they can concentrate themself on what they want to do individually; such as becoming actors, building a solo career etc etc

  • Why should I even know the numbers when I don't even know where any of the billion numbers for each and every KPop group come from

Somewhere is a source for whatever and someone else ads it to Wikipedia no mather if it is a reliable source or nah and those sources sometimes do not even tell you where and how they generated the numbers for the sales from since the sources are not allways from the Korean charts

Yo, I don't think she meant to offend you.

  • Short answer: Money

    Long answer: Money and opportunity.

If idols enlist together, then that company literally just loses a money stream for 2 years and that groups popularity could decrease. Enlisting in a staggered order just makes more sense.

Companies can continue to promote the group with few members, or start some solo careers. Remember it’s easier producing/marketing 2/3 members, versus trying to produce albums and market 7 members solo careers at the same time.
