Why is it so hard for 4th gen groups to enter Billboard 100 even when the groups sell well (Txt, Skz,..)?

lets said a song debut with 2.9m the following day wont be 2.9 too, a song having that consistency is not normal, unless its super viral

What is popular in the US and globally is not the same as what is popular in South Korea.

You will see some groups in the next 2 years and wonder why they didn't grow like other groups. It is simply because they have peaked, because the West doesn't like that type of music.

I was surprised Hype Boy didn't enter Hot 100 cause that song is everywhere.

Easiest way for an act to has high probability to chart in BBHot100 is collab with BTS or its members

Boy groups need the songs to go viral, it's rare that a boy group attracts casual listeners like girl groups can.

TXT has entered US Spotify four times before, but they didn't stay long. It's similar to their story in Korea, where they've been attracting listeners each comeback but it's just not enough to break through.
