Someone needs to change this total to "K-pop" idols. As this may be true of KOREAN, but since Japan paves the way for all idol groups, they paved the way here too. Twelve year old's don't even get into the top 10.
The youngest is Fujimoto Sara (10 years, 2 months and 24 days). 
Even there #16 debuted at 11 years 7 months and 28 days.
