Taeyang moves next door to theblacklabel. Is Blackpink going to follow?

Teddy is Blackpink's executive producer. Might he bring BP to TBL once their contract is over? If the girls want it, there would be nothing that YG could do about it other than put pressure on Teddy.

I actually don't think BP will move to TBL because it would create to much friction between Teddy and YG. There is a good chance that one of the BP girls could move to TBL for solo work only, though, with YG still handling group work, just like Taeyang and Big Bang.

TBL has been hiring way more people than they need for Somi and ZionT. Maybe in preparation for Taeyang, TBLGG, and also Blackpink. YGPlus/Interscope would still do distribution.

All of BP's main producers are at TBL already.

Maybe BP girls like things as they are. They are RICH AF and far from overworked. Joining TBL would maintain that while also giving them more personal freedom for solo work.

Yes, but Teddy will be producing for TBLGG and Blackpink whether or not BP joins TBL. The main difference will be that Teddy/TBL (and maybe BP girls if Teddy gives them a cut of TBL ownership) will get a much larger cut of BP's profits, and YG a much smaller cut.

Teddy isn't JYPark that can write Music for multiple of his Idols as Teddy barely manages to write enough music for Somi.

BP are basically printing money for YGE from the scraps they get from Teddy and BP are now a Senior Group where "new music" isn't really the drive because BP have ATM fans at Concerts.

It isn't YGE's decision. The BP girls' contracts are expiring next year. They can choose to sign with whoever they want.

I'm saying Teddy could give them a better deal than YG. If the girls move to TBL then it would be in YG's best interest to sell the "Blackpink" rights to TBL since YGE would at least make some money from their activities that way.
