Isn't Ador literally something SHE started?
Where tf would she go -
people don't get fired over rumors and assumptions. min heejin has not done anything to hurt newjeans or any minors. she also didn't actually write the song cookie, though im sure most of us can agree the song was a bit of an oversite since it still contained some questionable lyrics though i personally do think any sexual connotation was not the intention of newjeans' team. all we can hope is that their team will do better to make sure sexual inferences or inappropriate connotations do not make it into their content in the future.
ditto's mv makes it clear what adors intentions for newjeans' concept is from the team and min heejin. it carries on the nostalgia and youth vibes of their previous releases in a different way.

Because she's their boss
-
... It's her company.
-
Because she didn't do anything ilegal, hell, no one is even acussing her of something substancial, there's no one that has come forward to acusse her of something.
Why should be fired because people online run with their theories and conclusions over a person? That's not how life works, you can't just run with your moral and ethics and make people fired because they don't live the way you want.
