Men Can Do It, But Jennie, and Hwasa Can't: Kpop Stans And Hypocrisy

    Kpop stans have proven again and again that they don't care about the consequences of online hate, from Hwasa, to now Jennie.


    It's ok if your clothing taste doesn't match theirs, but that doesn't mean u have the right to go around calling people sl*ts and hating on them. It's their body, their choice!


    The worst part of this is the hypocrisy, men can literally rip their shirts off on stage and these same people would be simping over them and they at best would get minimal criticism(that is if they get criticism).


    But if a woman decides to wear no bra, wear "only a bra", etc they get criticized to the ends of earth, get called things like sl*ts, "westernized" etc. Hwasa and Jennie are the most prominent examples as of recent times.


    I hope people realize that these actions have real consequences, idols do hear about the hate they get, and they do feel upset about it, and we have already made 1 mistake, don't make it again.

Not only does professional success not make you and your mental health invincible, but also using Sulli to justify hating on Jennie made me extremely mad. People are seriously sick in the head.

    That's absolutely sick considering Sulli got bullied over literally the exact same things. I remember the intense anger toward Sulli for going braless in some picture that was just her standing outside, and like. Who cares? I go without a bra when I can get away with it too. Especially these days! I swear, I see way more people in sweats, hoodies, and bra-less than I did pre-COVID, and why the hell not? It's not like a quick run to the grocery store needs real pants and a blouse.

But they see what people write and they're humans like us. There's only so much someone can take.
