Slam vitamin D (like 10,000iu a day) but you need vitamin K2 with it apparently, magnesium is low in most people, try another multi-vit as well
Leafy greens gives me k2 right?
I have been eating less of them recently bc the price is 5x the usual amount

there's reasons why so many people drink coffee, bc it works...im one of those that need a lot of hours of sleep a day to feel energized but i dont have the luxury to do that especially during the school term, i drink on average 2 cups of coffee a day
of course drink it moderately, there was once i slept like 2 hours the night before bc of tutorials and got up at 6am and had to last till about 4pm in the afternoon, i think at about 3pm-ish, i felt absolutely terrible bc my whole body was physically and mentally exhausted but my heart is still beating fast bc of the caffeine

that's how you know you need to up the dosage

as a more serious answer though, have you brought the fatigue up with a physician? you might have a vitamin deficiency. i know some users on here have already brought up supplements but taking them without an actual diagnosis can lead to accidental overdose

get yourself checked out by a doctor - maybe it's a vitamin deficiency

For me, protein really helped me. I didn’t have much of an appetite but since eating a lot of protein in my diet, I’m always raring to go. Also make sure to get blood work to find out if you’re deficient in anything. Vitamin C, D, Iron, B12 etc.
Should add, get your sleep! I know it can be hard but try and get 7-8 hours. I know many survive on less but they are all addicted to caffeine lol
