RE: Why kpop fans apparently forgot about aespa?

Eh, people said this the last time too and then they roared back and set records. Before Tomboy, people were writing GIDLE off and saying they weren’t in the 4th Gen leader convo, then they said it about Itzy who came back with a top 10 hit. It’s the nature of Kpop, and esp of the gg side of Kpop, where the GP is always onto the next - even if the next is someone who was big before.

They desperately need a comeback like Lee Soo Man I get the joke but come on it's time for smth right?
-
Damn, thinking about it, what other activities did the girls have after Girls era; aside from the Crocs event? Not counting the endorsements of course.
-
I don't think they've been forgotten. There aren't very many active Mys on this site for various reasons so not many posts about them outside of the occasional drag.
SM let them down with promos this year. They only had 4 music show perfs with Girls and other than that the content has been really drip fed.
That said, there's heaps of stuff daily on other social media sites about them.

Maybe sometimes big companies are horrible in terms how they treat their artists like toddlers. For example that bp member arent alloud to drive a car or even buy one without permission of yg.
But in terms of promotion when they have a comeback. Their ads are everywhere. And no one is as good as sm in terms of implement the other groups of the company to promote their newest group. I think especially aespa is a prime example of how to promote a group properly.

we're starving for content

Even Girls era was rushed, to be very honest. An era with 2 pre releases and one title track ended in 1 month, It doesn't make sense

I am a casual fan and I did not forget them. I am impatient to see them comeback.
