Jackshit. The only benefit is your posts goto the top of the list. You still get ads etc. Elon destroyed Twitter and it's absolutely pointless and financially idiotic to pay for the check mark. Anyone can get that mark regardless of who they are. I can legit go copy Jimin's Twitter acc and buy the check mark and I won't get banned etc. The check mark is no longer a symbol of who is authentic it's just a cash grab. Anyone without a check mark gets the shit end of the stick, meaning your tweets get last priority which means anyone looking for you will have to scroll down alot to find you as only check mark posts get seen first

I'm only willing to pay for one of those things.
