people say release better songs and stuff while boygroups have been releasing good music but still not charting
even Nmxx with mess song charting and selling better than all the rookie boygroups, the industry is right now more acceptable to girl groups
anyways I don't think current boygroups have much of a chance since industry loves fresh faces, if the gp didn't care them since the beginning they won't later, but they still selling and touring well so that's good
if the upcoming boygroups like trainee A, jyp loud, pledis nbg, sm nbg, zico nbg can't make any noises (ofc chart wise) idk anymore
I don't have much hope on jyp loud in korea since jyp never had best chart successful boygroup in korea
also SM, hm if they get music like NCT then no hope
Zico bg, no hope, expected Psy and Rain bg to do well but they both didnt make any noise
I have some hopes on Trainee A, but idk if korea will accept them as half of the group is foreign
not sure about pledis bg
In the end it mostly depends on how these big companies market their boygroups
somehow these companies make sure their boygroups feel one & only that's how boygroups will chart
unlike ggs korean gp has room for only 1 bg at a time. It has been bb and bts.
