    If it was a truly viral dance or performances more promo could have helped it. Like for example the way the POP choreo went viral or even their own HYLT or pretty savage that were aided by good performance


    Neither pink venom nor Shut down have interesting performance aspects. So I doubt promo would have done anything for BP.


    TLDR : you need a viral dance/performance aspect first before promo can help you go viral
