Too young to tell. One successful era can sure give a boost but in the long run it's not that significant. IU didn't get that title until a few years into her career

Nice. Wonder Girls had that title, then IU got it, and a bunch of actresses as well, so it's nice to see the nickname passed on to a new generation of idols.

But this report is not enough, it should be in a cultural usage, like in variety shows or events, where anchors, MCs, host etc. use it.
