Why was a solo song included on Born Pink?

Could have a million reasons ...

1) To make up for the release of her original solo being delayed for a year if not longer?

2) To prep the general public for a possible Solosé in the near future when BP is on another hiatus?

3) To provoke conversations about their motives and generating buzz? (Obviously works in this fandom)

4) Or maybe the song just fit sonically and narratively into the Born Pink universe?

"Hard to love" has me humming lightheartedly to a song that deals with trust and commitment issues. That's gold.

Rosie was robbed twice now, but I think this might be the start of YG putting solos here and there in different albums. As usual, I wanna know what the girls think because I don't think they're bothered about it. They're supportive of one another.

It would be bad if it had been a Jisoo solo because as much as it would be nice to have her solos, her solo debut deserves its own separate promo cycle like the others did. As opposed to slipping it in amongst a full BP CB

It's not weird. She's the main vocalist after all.

The RV Rookie mini-album also included a Wendy solo and the Irene & Seulgi mini had a Seulgi solo. It's not uncommon.
