Not in a while but I do enjoy some of the comedy in it. They were very careful with the topics of LGBTQ+ and race during a time it was not common to NOT make cruel jokes about them. Instead they made light and playful jokes but did not enter the hate speech or offensive territory and they also made it clear multiple times being gay or not white was not a bad thing. They had characters embraced for coming out instead of shamed on the show. It was very ahead of it's time which is why I think it is so loved still now. EDIT: OOOOF (I realized the later seasons were not good for that according to reviews.... I only watched the first season and a half....)

I saw the trailer did she still live with her mum
And sleeps with Logan while he is marrying someone else.

Ig she didn't change her ways
I mean she was always selfish
She just got more privilege through the seasons to exercise it

HumanKirk is my inspiration
Frankly he did live the best life out of them
It was obvious that he was neurodivergent but he gave his best in anything he did in life. He turned out happy and rich for it too.

OMFG, Soapnet. I used to watch that during the late nights of summer. 2:00 am in the morning watching All My Children at 11 years old.

Yes. Several times, actually. I don't really care to analyse the series, just because I don't think there's much of a point to it. There wasn't any purpose to the show in terms of themes. It's an escapist fantasy of a small, aesthetic town with eccentric characters played by pretty actors who have witty dialogue. It was nice to have something like that to watch while my life was going downhill.

I guess people could make it out to be an unintentional jab at rich people and how privilege takes away a person's ability or motivation to grow.

I watched everything and it was great...
don't really care much for the plot but damn I miss Lorelai's quips!!!
I really like Lauren Graham as an actresses
I usually tend to root for the main character, specially since my HS years were alot like rory
so seeing her not succeeding sucks

I was always rooting more for Lorelai than rory
I dunno I much liked Lorelai than rory so maybe there was an inherent bias there
