BTW, if anyone's answer is paneer, then ping me and teach me. 
I love it so much at a restaurant, but I have not figured out how to actually fry it up at home. I either get undercooked, so it's chewy, or overcooked, so it's burnt, or stuck together, so it's a mess.
I bought more for dinner tonight, so apparently I'm dumb or optimistic. (Or paneer is still pretty good even when it's cooked badly, that too.)
Many things as I'm quite a good cook but my speciality has got to be my fajitas - vegetarian of course.

Kind've like Soup is this Beef Stroganoff made this morning. Sliced Steak, Onions and Mushrooms in a creamy beef broth. Its served on Noodles.
I have started to make the focaccia - it is quite easy and what I love is that it doesn’t take too much time or use too many ingredients.
Here’s the dough and there’s only an hour wait for the dough to rise with this recipe I adapted from the Internet (I like my herbs and spices - so I add more garlic, rosemary, thyme, black pepper and a bit of dried chili - oh and I also add honey).
I will up after after it’s finish baking!
Update: I goofed up my own recipe a bit today and so the dough didn’t rise like it usually does. This means the bread will be crisper lol
Redo after the mistake yesterday, the dough looks correct this time! Also decided to marinate some salmon to bake for later today
