My prediction is that we'll hear more samples in K-pop pretty soon. It's already been happening and I'm glad it is.
Gone are the days of K-pop companies hiding the fact that they take inspiration from other sources. Artists from other genres have no problem stating where they get their inspiration from, but the moment it comes to K-pop, it's a taboo topic to talk about and fans instantly get defensive.
Music is naturally collaborative even if indirectly, so it looks like we're entering a new, much welcomed era!
