Anyways youtube views have been falling down since 2019 and pandemic did everything worse. Bad Bunny dropped his biggest album ever and none of their videos have crossed the 300m when that number would have been the bare minimum for any of his hits back in 2017
Your point is correct (yt views for mvs are down) but you picked the worst possible example. Bad bunny is literally beasting with me porto bonito/titi me pregunto, they came out way after the album dropped and are both around 300m gaining over 4m daily.

Yeah Bad Bunny is doing the best in the platform, that is why I choose him as an example, out of 2022 releases he has the most views if I am not wrong, and back in 2017 he would have pulled out about 600m in the same period of time for both videos, but now in 2 months he is at 300m which means the youtube views for mvs have decreased a lot and I think it has to do mostly with Spotify and AM taking over the streaming.
I never put much stock in 24 hour YT records. That just shows how proficient fandoms are in tricking and bypassing YT's anti-zombie streaming algorithms. Only hardcore fandoms are obsessed with zombie streaming during this time, most of the GP might not even catch the MV on the first day.
Total YT views over six months or a year seem much more valuable in assessing a group's general public relevancy.
The way BP's dance practice views for HYLT surged later in the song's lifecycle showed true organic and viral growth and popularity.
KBlinks need to put all their energy into domestic charts, forget YT, we need to blow up like Still Life did and then secure the longevity of a Next Level or Love Dive.
