Then the choreo is seriously awful. It ends up looking very messy though like everyone is a beat off tempo or something even for the similar movements.
This is smth only professional dancers could pull off. Sm needs to find better choreographers
The choreo drafts are much faster (ie the choreographers and professional dancers), which I think is one of the problems here. Like the kick looks less awkward when it’s faster and the dancers are more committed to their moves because they’re more comfortable with it (this is a difference I’m used to seeing in EXO or NCT between the great dancers and the capable ones who were cast for vocals, not dance skills)..
I can’t help but wonder if SM does them a disservice by trying to give them more complex choreo. Maybe they should do simpler choreo like many of the other groups like Ive..
