I have said it many times already.... Selling 1 copy of standard and compact version of 'Proof' is similar to selling 4 regular versions and 7-8 cheaper versions.
Last time I checked on Hanteo, they already had $90m for 'Proof' while the 2nd best selling album in 2022 didn't even have $30m. That's the real difference between BTS & other kpop group's sales. It gets hidden for raw numbers because everyone is doing gimmicks to show "growth" in album sales when there's actually no growth. But anyways BTS still outsell everyone doing those.....

yeah but they are also the ones who can afford to do so...i'm sure the other grps/companies are trying to maintain profitability through album sales even with the gimmicks
