I know a small head is desirable there.
And in anime and impressions there's the the idea of exaggeration to make the effect more pronounced and clear.
But to me it does seem a little too exaggerated. The head seems to be so out of proportion to the body that it feels disconnected, like it's from a different man with smaller stature transplanted on a larger man's frame. And my opinion too exaggerated to the point of unrealistically cartoonishly representing a very real ideal there, having a relatively smaller head with broader physique.
If they would have made it a little bigger, scaled the head and neck up just slightly, I could see it.

look I understand the small face thing since walking around with a tube tv head isn't the best look but when it looks so disproportionate like that I just don't understand the appeal? And so many people on ig do that its not even a retouch it straight up looks WEIRD
