Yep! It wasn't very busy because of the holiday and I'm kind of glad for that. I mean, it gave me less things to do while I was there but it was still pretty enjoyable.
I also had to take a mandatory 30-minute break for the first time since I work 6 hours which I enjoyed. Part of me wanted to keep working for some reason but I actually couldn't, especially because I was one of the first three in line to take a break and we had priority because we worked the longest. But I don't regret it because I had lunch and got to sit down for half an hour which usually, I would be trying to survive standing up for 6 hours straight from getting out of the car for work to getting in the car to go home.

But yeah, I usually ask to go to the bathroom when I need it (though usually, I've honestly only been needing to go about 2x per shift) and I typically get something to drink from that self-serve fountain machine thingie every once in a while and that typically sustains me throughout the shift.
Yep! My boss is pretty good. We don't really have to talk. She mostly just tells me what to do if I need to do something else or teaches me how to do things if I need it. And also for things that need manager access.
There are a few managers at that restaurant and they're all pretty nice.
