Hoseok really called out hybe

  • So how do yall interpret MORE as a whole with all symbolls and lyrics? Have you even read explanation of lyrics in thread? How do you explain alarm sound? What exactly do you disagree with in my text? Are you even capable of any dialogue about interpretation of his art or all you are capable is some mumbling about what I do like you know me?...

I didn't say that he hate his group tho, I specifically wrote "product/creation" to emphasize it as not art in company but as product which is need to be sell it's a different thing (edit: for me at least).

interpret is the fking key word. you are a delulu interpreter. until he himself explains or talks about what the lyrics mean, everything is an interpretation, not the truth. when you are capable of sanity regards to BTS and hobi, then we will talk

  • Unless he himself explains the lyrics everything else is just someone else's interpretation.

True. But this guy I linked is actually famous in fandom, ppl use his interpretation and translation a lot. Plus he points out nuances like world play and rhyming patterns.

sorry, couldn't take it seriously after this....

the "eenie, meenie, miney, moe" originate from ancient celtic rituals of sorting out who would be chosen to d*e as sacrifice. In this theory, the words come from the celtic countdown, “one, two, three, four.” thus the line, "dancin' baby flows" is him k*lling his 'baby flow' ++ :boredr:

Ok. Key word to what? Just to that more is coming cause album is coming so more? How did you understand anything else going on in MV? What is the storyline in your opinion? Do you think it's just a want more for energetic sound or crazyness on work? Or you think that in MV is some other universe like BU in BTS? Why do you think so then?

Obviously unless he himself will explain it all we all never will know for sure, but I doubt he will explain every detail, I mean we don't even know still how he sees all scenes in Daydream himself, he just said the main idea behind track and evrerything else is left to interpretation like some ppl think there is a bi flag there.

Edit: probably main idea from him will be smth like "wanted to show different side with pre-release so ppl knew what to expect from album, cause I wanted to show different side to audience"

  • Why? It's not true about origins of this line?

Don't believe everything you read on the internet - Idea to Value

furthermore, this phrase is from a children's rhyme, I highly doubt the intention behind these lyrics is as dark as the interpretation makes it out to be. Regardless, I think you are reading way too much into the lyrics and that no one is really going to take this interpretation seriously.

Hm. Tbh I took this tweet cause it says that the origin is sorting out aka counting out, I saw a lot of tweets about the line being about counting when MORE was released but while making post I only found thirst traps and this so I went with what I found first lol Maybe I just had to tell that it's a counting-out lol

Tbh I am just really curious how ppl put together both lyrics and visual. I think there are so many interesting details. For example, for this line doesn't the scene itself look for you as someone doing counting-out? Like when you stay in center and count 2 people left pointing from one to another to see who is the winner?

  • Yall really don't see the shadiness in all this? Is there anyone normal who is capable to discuss lyrics in connection to how the put visuals on it and what it all mean?

Is your signature a joke or are you for real?

  • Eh.

It all boils down to this.

Even if true, would the company spending money on your solo release let you sing about shading them? :pepe-tea:

Why not? As you see ppl don't really take seriously such interpretation. After all it's just an interpretation of some person on internet, unless Hoseok tells it himself it won't be true :pepe-shrug:

Edit: maybe it's all really just about Hoseok not wanting do pop stuff and wanting go fully hardrock so he feels restricted, pretty harmless narrative for company)

  • I guess you mean support to Russia? Strange question, of course, I do.

  • To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand j-hoperenderTimingPixel.png

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand j-hope. The humor is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer's head. There's also j-hope's's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation - his personal philosophy draws heavily fromNarodnaya Volya literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realize that they're not just funny- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike j-hope truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in j-hope's existencial catchphrase "eeni meanie mini moe" which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev's Russian epic Fathers and Sons I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as j-hope's genius unfolds itself on their television screens. What fools... how I pity them. 😂 And yes by the way, I DO have a j=hope tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It's for the ladies' eyes only- And even they have to demonstrate that they're within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand.

    Lisa has a larger IQ.

  • Laaaawwwwddd. I don’t doubt that all of BTS have occasionally felt frustrations with their company. Most adults do actually get fed up with their place of work from time-to-time.

But here’s a thought, just to consider…. If Hobi hated everything about an all-controlling company that kept him in a box, do you reeeeeally think the company would listen to the lyrics/ tune, then ok it, then STORYBOARD, FINANCE, PRODUCE AND FILM A WHOLE F*CKING MV to fit the narrative of how they have controlled their artists into a state of despair!?!

    :watt:

Unless you’re just assuming that the hundreds of people who worked on this concept just are too dumb to get it.

My interpretation fwiw, and it seems *fairly* clear-cut to me, is that it is to do with his frustration as an artist and celebrity in general, which does just *kind of* fit in with what they’ve talked about before.
