Would you say you have a healthy diet?

  • I try to.

During college I started to eat a lot of junk food - fast food and sweets daily, but since I don't gain weight and I don't eat after 6 o'clock, I kept going like this. In the past weeks I was sooo stressed and I realised that I started eat lots of snacks and usually during night time, I started to feel quite heavy? Like I didn't gain weight, but my body was heavy and too tired.

It's been 2 weeks since I changed my diet and cut sweets and fast food. Not totally, but like once at 4-5 days maybe? I feel really good, but damn, it's really expensive to eat healthier.

  • I changed my nutrition completely, and currently, I'm on a Keto diet. I know that it has pros and cons. But I also know people who have been on it for years and feel great. Also, I know people who tried it and couldn't stay on this diet. It's individual. I'm personally trying keto for the first time. It was hard at first as I was clueless about many things, especially when it came to the choice of food. Fortunately, I found an article that provided me with some helpful info. But it is always better to learn from the experience of others. Did anyone try Keto? Did you like it? What is the result?

I eat a lot of fruits, and vegetables, and drink enough water for my weight. Also, I eat fish and seafood pretty often, but I can't say that I have a healthy diet. I don't eat breakfasts, drink big cups of coffee every day, and smoke from time to time. But I do my best to improve my habits

    interesting, tell me more

    Yes, I tried it.

I did lose weight, but wouldn't say I was healthier since I was doing the "unhealthy" version of Keto rather than the clean version. Which means I was eating more meat and cheese to compensate for the lack of carbs.

  • Mostly healthy, but I think it's partially because my small size makes it easy to get the right amount of nutrients on less fruit/veggies/water. My size also makes it easy to limit carbs because I don't like being overly full only to be hungry in an hour...

I try not to snack on unhealthy foods, but I still eat something unhealthy at least once a day.
