or they just kiss those groups'asses to gain more attention
Do you think medias are genuine when praising popular groups?

Are they critics? Yes, it can be genuine.
Are they not? Clout.
-
juat like us fans there are truly genuine stans an success fans

yes, they are genuine. they wouldn't put their reputation on the line for nothing.
just think of the other side: so bashers are not genuine? are they after clout?
What reputation they are exactly putting in line when praising some random group in some random article?

People will tell you what you want to hear most of the time, not the truth.
A German politician once said: "no one has any intrntion to build a wall" to a reporter. 2 months later the Berlin wall was standing.
Thats basically life in a nutshell.
Kpop isnt Revolutionary, its nkt some artistic grandeur and genius work. Its pretty and entertaining. Every article that says otherwise is just overdoing it for the fans satisfaction.

It depends on the source. If it's stuff like ent programs/sites, news or reviewers then it's obviously genuine since that is their primary objective to talk about that sort of thing
However when you get random out of the blue mentions from places especially when a group does something popular then yeah it's as case of jumping on the bandwagon

Nope
I don't believe a single article praising an artist
Unless it's a music or album review from few websites that I know doesn't sugarcoat anything they dislike, like Pitchfork.
You can totally disagree with every word they say, but every word they say truly shows their true and honest opinions
Lol, you think PITCHFORK of all outlets are unbiased? lmao okay but seriously pitchfork? hahahahahaa I can't, I can't with you people.

Missconception
Every media is subject to bias that's exaclty the point of media, if you don't want biased opinions then you don't want opinions period. All reviews would be technical and not opinative
Pitchfork is biased, but ultimately sincere. They write about what they believe and that's why I like them
