Honestly, just looking at the Garam situation, Soojin probably would have been able to continue to promote with G-IDLE even despite everything.

Would Tomboy have blown like it did? I don't know, but that's my whole takeaway from this.

Well, Garam isn't the only idol promoting after accusations.

Even that actress has a television show coming out after her bullying/relationship scandals, and I think even Naeun from April is going into acting. I get why Cube made the decision they made, but I think we are approaching a time where bullying scandals don't have as much as a impact as they did unless it was extreme cases like that one actor Ji Soo.

I think there is a chance Soojin can make a comeback, and if her fans truly support her, she'd be okay.

Garam isn't the only one though.

I get that, but I don't think her case is one that's irreversible.

I don't know. I think the main issue with Soojin is that she didn't issue an apology. If she had apologized, or had a meeting with the actress to issue an apology, she would have had a clearer path.

If she had the resources, she could do like BI and Hyolyn and open her own one person team. Unfortunately for her, she is not a veteran like Hyolyn or a producer like BI. But, as far as I know, she was still trying to take legal actions or something?

So, maybe some clarity will come of that.

Yes, that's what I am saying. And, I think she said she was going to prove her innocence with a lawsuit or something. Have no idea what became of that, and probably won't hear about it again for awhile.

That's where it unravels. No apology, and the fact Cube kicked her out. An apology or clarification of the situation would have helped her.

It worked for Hyolyn, BI, Wonho, Irene, and Hyunjin to name the ones I know off the top of my head. The only ones I know who are still claiming to be innocent and are actively promoting are Garam, Lia, and Naeun. But, they also did not have an actress accusing them.

That other actress I mentioned though Seo Yejin or whatever incited her boyfriend to bully Seohyun, who is from one of the biggest GGs in Korean history, and she's still working. Irene bullied a bunch of people (allegedly), and she made it out okay after apologizing and reflecting. I don't know if the actress ever issued an apology.

Soojin case is a really bizarre one there is no clear answer whether she's innocent or guilty and there's no follow up to the case i which she just apologized and moved on wether she's innocent or not .

And to everyone saying that the case is worse because it involved an actress just take a look at Irene or any other bullying scandal Cube was the one who did a bad job at protecting their idol
