A Tzuyu was said in Taiwanese Folklore to be able to shape shift and become any kind of Tzu it wanted.

If you saw one in the woods outside your village one day, it might look completely different the next.

These were said to be magical powers Tzuyus had granted by the Ancestors. Also Heaven.

If you ever see a Tzuyu for yourself, contact the Taiwanese Folklore society to catalog the kind of Tzuyu you saw. Ask for Grandma.
