If ador/min heejin and newjeans successfully manage to escape the evil clutches of hybe then it would be best. Mhj would have no problem raising money, new investors will be flocking to mhj to invest in her company because of the massive potential that newjeans has. Newjeans doesn't needs hybe, money could be acquired from any source but mhj's creativity/vision is more important cos its the one that has shaped newjeans' identify so far.

Hybe can take the Ador out of MHJ, they can’t take MHJ out of her self and they can’t buy her TASTE.

In Ador's case, their employees are not just independent from HYBE but are MHJ's people, 250, FRNK, Kim Enju, BLACKQ, Kim Gwangsuk, yoon anh - they're the brains behind NJs and subsequent success. Now that HYBE has made all that money from ADOR, it's easy to say that they don't need her anymore. Most armys couldn't care less about HYBE so why do you stan them and side with the Billionaire BangPD. The company literally has no family image, it's like saying I stan Sony music or Atlantic records, seriously think about it 
It was BangPD who poached her from SM, MHJ literally transformed HYBE - it was BigHit before she joined, she oversaw the company's brand identity and creative direction, Ador was her aspiration and was only greenlight, not bc bang had faith in it but due her contribution to the establishment of HYBE. Coachella originally booked NewJeans with a NewJeans album dropping right before to kick off their world tour starting with Tokyo Dome.
Instead, Bang kicked NewJeans out. Le Serrafim was playing Coachella. Their album was pushed to end of year to make room for ILLIT and TWS. For the good of HYBE, Bang said.
ADOR, a label known to plan at least a year out, had to scramble. They replaced their world tour kick off and created a Bunnies Camp in Tokyo Dome (for 2 days) instead with a very light JP debut after a year of no music. With a late album, no world tour until 2025 - Le Serrafim will go first in 2024.
World tours are very demanding and for an young group like NJ it's probably best that it's delayed. As for hiatus - they're still releasing 2 ep and an album this year, altogether at least 10 songs, which will be more than last year

ive is slowly fading away like aespa and itzy- 2 members will probably survive if they transition to becoming an actress . le ssera, bec of sakura , it has a steady fb & yunjin can be a decent soloist in the future with her ml on spotify right now. chaewon can be in variety shows. nj will most likely be the bp of 4th gen.
illit is a clear leader in 5th gen but needs a cb having a solid results to prove their longevity . they have to build a solid fb as well.
What’s fb? In terms of ILLIT none of their songs are making noise besides magnetic, success is earned when you have multiple hits. But like I like said my biggest concern is the members, they don’t have anyone who’s it girl material, Wonhee is literally just eunchae 2.0, their entire existence is just to be cute. Their saving grace is that they can embrace the lolita-esque concept in magnetic and blow up in Japan
