everyday I see an update they continue to peak higher. Just wow! It’s chuseok holiday in Korea so I was expecting a major drop but seems like their song is going viral because what do you mean they’re still going up and after promotions have already ended!? ROTY I know that’s right.

I know right? I never in my wildest dreams expected them to chart this high. This kind of charting you only see from boy groups that have had years to establish their fanbase not a rookie boy group that debuted a month ago. Especially one with zero pre debut hype like a survival show.

SM needs to play their cards right and give them another good song for the next comeback to really elevate them because the general public is actually tuning in.

They just rose to #29 on Melon 24 Hits! The song is a certified organic sleeper hit!

Almost a month later and it’s still going strong and gaining UL’s. They are definitely going to be huge in the future I’m calling it now.

I really wonder how high they can go! They’re charting the best in terms of rookie boy groups like this is way better than I would have ever expected tbh.

You would think they were an established group with the way it keeps rising in ranks. Longevity is also looking promising.

The fact that Get a Guitar is still rising on charts even though music promos have ended. We love organic growth!

I seriously can’t remember the last time a rookie boy group song rose over time due to general public interest. Usually they drop off and decline over time but for RIIZE it’s the opposite lol. I seriously wonder with the release of their next single in October whether Get a Guitar will rise even more.

Maybe Teddy wanted her for his GG coming next year. I mean she is like the Jennie of Baby Monster so I wouldn’t be surprised if they decided she best fit The Black Label GG instead.

It’s either that, she really has left or she’s taking a hiatus for some unknown reason.

Wow almost top 50 on Melon is really good for a freshly debuted boy group! Seems like the music show promos are helping.

RIIZE climbing the charts is a good sign for their future growth.

Genuinely confused how TXT are part of the nominees left fighting for song of the summer when they legit have the worst stats. How is the winner decided because this literally makes no sense?

Anyways the winner should 100% be Jungkook just based off all his metrics alone. VMA better not pull some rigged award bs but I wouldn’t be surprised tbh given their history…

RIIZE continues to rise on the charts. They’re doing really well for a brand new boy group wow

it may not seem like much when compared to girl groups but this is actually a really good start for a boy group debut.

Especially in this generation where even some established boy groups have trouble entering the charts yet RIIZE have already managed to enter 3 domestic Korean charts in just a few hours.

Knowing they have 3 weeks of music shows scheduled, I’m really curious to see how they do overall since SM is clearly targeting a more general public appeal with them. Whether their music will translate to them is yet to be seen but so far they’re off to a decently good start!

Finally its about time that SM debut a non NCT boy group. It’s been a gazillion years!

So it seems RIIZE is the combo of the words Rise & Realize (“ri” + “ize”). SM states it’s meaning in that they will rise, grow and realize their dreams together as artists.

It’s definitely not the worst name out there plus I do kinda like the meaning behind it. I think it will grow on people over time like most kpop group names.

It’s obviously New Jeans. They will line up the charts for months let’s be real. They have no competition because they’ve already far surpassed it

Saw the charting for their new song and ngl I’m kinda surprised lol. I mean I know they have a lot of fans in Korea but already entering Melon 24 hits in just a few hours is pretty good no? Especially for a boy group and a pre-release at that.

A lot of people said Candy only did well because it was already a famous song that was huge back when H.O.T released it but seeing how Broken Melodies is doing, maybe we were too quick to judge. Let’s see how they do in longevity, if they can match Candy then it’s safe to say they are up there with BTS/Seventeen when it comes to charting domestically.

I’m excited for the new girl group! Lord knows that company needs more women so I don’t see the problem with it.

Girl groups are very trendy right now and an SMNGG is pretty much guaranteed to do well as they always do. SM has vastly improved in promoting aespa this comeback (sans playlisting) so I feel SM 3.0 is already making good changes with grifter Lee Sooman out.

They need a concept that’s opposite of aespa to truly thrive though. Something like a modern take on SNSD but make it unique with their own color to adapt to the current 4th Gen market.
