I sincerely hope you are right. This war has granted more losses than expected to the Russian side. But most of these economic sanctions will only start affecting them severely in the long run. Who knows what can happen until them.
Yes, Russians will suffer in the long run but they also are feeling the after effect of the war right now. Their are getting attacked left and right from cyber war, economy collapse, travel bans, lost of wealth, lost of infrastructure like heating, ban Russian goods, no fed/UPS....... I don't knowhow they going to survive longer than 2 weeks or 1 week.
I think Putin is getting ready for a nuke war. He is desperate right now. In his current interview he was laughing randomly and looked like a more crazier madman than he already is.

Most countries have blocked their air travel to and from Russia. EU and NATO is doing a good job if they can keep up. Russians army doesn't have money to finance the war and Ukraine is getting financial support worldwide.
If they keep imposing sanction and plus UNGA discussing condemning russia for war crimes and Zelensky has filed to Criminal court in Hague for all the war crimes, Putin and Russia are done.
